The Process
People come to psychotherapy for different reasons. This may include emotional difficulty, a sense of being stuck or unsettled, recurring ways of experiencing things, or a wish to better understand oneself. These experiences can be difficult to understand on one’s own and may be explored further in the therapeutic process.
Initial Consultation
The first consultation provides an opportunity to clarify what brings you here and how we might work together.
Ongoing Therapy
Sessions take place regularly and provide a space in which experiences can unfold, including what is difficult to express or understand immediately.
As the work continues
Attention is given to what repeats, what remains unclear, and how different experiences are connected. The work is not directed towards fixed outcomes, but towards a deeper understanding of one’s inner world
Framework
In the initial consultation, we explore what brings you here and how we might work together. Practical aspects such as scheduling and frequency are also discussed. It provides an opportunity for you to see whether this setting feels suitable for you.
Duration
A standard session lasts 50 minutes.
Cost
The fee for the initial consultation is €44, during which we will discuss further arrangements. Fees depend on session frequency, student status, and the availability of reduced rates.
As a Psychotherapist in Training under Supervision (i.A.u.S.), please note that sessions are not reimbursed by the public health insurance. Private insurance policies may provide coverage; Please contact your insurance provider directly to clarify your coverage.
Confidentiality
In accordance with Section 15 of the Psychotherapy Act, everything discussed in therapy is confidential.
Appointment scheduling
Appointments can be arranged via email or the contact form. I will respond to your enquiry within 1–2 working days.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations at short notice or missed sessions will be charged in full.
